The Avorix system

Not just an app.
A complete kitchen system.

Three modules, one goal: a kitchen that holds your standard, whoever is at the stove.

Software, training and staff interlock at Avorix. That is why it works.

Our system. The training. The reinforcement.

Module 1

Our system (the Avorix Cook App)

The memory of your kitchen. Every dish on your menu as step-by-step guidance: with photos, exact quantities and timings. The app scales portions and analyses food cost. It runs every day, on tablet and smartphone, straight in the browser.

Module 2

The training

The transfer. An Avorix chef with sous-chef experience or above records your menu, sets it up in the app and trains your team. As compact training blocks or live during service.

Module 3

The reinforcement

Permanently employed Avorix chefs, hired out to you on solid legal ground. For emergencies, for the season, for the gap. With the official German staffing licence.

Think of the fire brigade and fire prevention: the reinforcement puts out the fire that is burning now. System and training make sure it never catches again. Avorix is both.

Good on their own. Unbeatable together.

a

An app on its own is an empty shell.

Somebody has to record your menu, photograph it and train your team. That is exactly what the training is. Which is why we set up every system ourselves.

b

Training on its own evaporates.

People who have been trained forget, move on, resign. Without the app, the knowledge goes back into people’s heads, and out of the door with them. The app holds on to what the training builds.

c

A hired chef on his own is the most expensive solution there is.

When he leaves, everything is as it was, and you book the next one. That is the business model of conventional staffing agencies. It is exactly what sets us apart:

With us, the hired chef leaves eventually. What he knows stays.

Every Avorix chef works with the app and keeps documenting as he goes. You pay for staff and build your system along the way.

From the first call to a kitchen that always works.

We take a look at your kitchen. (Free of charge)

30 minutes, by video or on site. You tell us where it hurts. We tell you honestly whether Avorix suits you, and what it would cost.

2

An Avorix chef records your menu.

He cooks with your team, documents every dish, photographs every step and sets it all up in the app. A recording block covers five days of six hours each. A typical menu of 12 to 15 dishes needs the recording plus a second block for the training itself.

3

Your team learns the system.

Compact training days, or a chef who works productively and trains alongside. Anyone who has cooked with the app for a week no longer needs it explained.

4

You work independently. We stay reachable.

The app guides your team through every day. You add new dishes yourself, or we do it for you. If a chef drops out, you call us.

Built for properties with a fixed menu.

Avorix suits businesses whose menu recurs: resort hotels with half-board, inns and restaurants with a fixed menu, sports hotels with groups and training camps. The more fixed the menu, the stronger the effect.

And to be honest: for daily-changing fine dining with the patron at the stove, Avorix is not built. We will tell you that in the first call, too.

What does it cost?

Every module has a clear price, and you get it in writing at the first call: the app monthly, the training per block, staff per hour. Nothing hidden. For the first businesses, 2026 pilot conditions apply, well below the regular price.

Frequently asked questions

Can we take just the app, without the training?

No, and that is deliberate. An empty app does not help you. Setup by an Avorix chef is always part of it, otherwise we do not let the system out of our hands.

Can we book staff only, without the app?

Yes, that works. We do recommend the combination though: then every placement leaves documented knowledge in your kitchen instead of just hours worked.

We have already documented our recipes. Is that worth anything?

Yes, it speeds the recording up considerably. The Avorix chef reviews your material, adds photos, quantities and timings, and brings it all into the app.

How long does the whole introduction take?

Depending on the menu, typically a few weeks from the first call to working independently.

What happens after the 12 months?

You decide: extend or end it. Your recipes remain your property either way.
