5. Technically Necessary Local Storage
Your consent choice is stored as a technically necessary entry in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the key avorix_consent. No data is transferred to third parties through this entry. The entry remains in your browser until you withdraw your consent, delete your browser data, or a technical renewal of the consent request occurs.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not set any analytics or marketing cookies by default. The only currently optional category is "Statistics". Analytics services are only loaded if you consent to the Statistics category via our cookie banner. Currently, no Google Ads, remarketing, or other marketing tags are used.
7. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
When you consent to the Statistics category, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Legal basis: Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Access to or storage of information on your device is based, where required, on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Purpose: Statistical reach and usage analysis. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our website is used and which content is helpful to visitors.
Data processed: Technical usage data, device information, event data and pseudonymous online identifiers may be processed.
IP processing: According to Google, IP address data from users in the EU is used to derive approximate location information and is then deleted without being logged in Google Analytics.
Recipient: Google Ireland Limited. Processing outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may occur. The transfer to third countries is based on Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and additionally on the adequacy decision of the European Commission for the USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Storage duration: GA4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) remain in the browser for up to 2 years under the currently used standard configuration. Event data is retained in the Avorix GA4 property for 14 months.
Google Consent Mode v2: We use Google Consent Mode v2 in Basic Mode. Without your consent, no cookies are set and no data is transferred to Google. The GTM script is only loaded after consent.
Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The withdrawal applies for the future; data already transmitted is not retroactively deleted.
